Yes , really windy BUT this made the day time temps pleasant as it was very hot .
Did make the evening meals out a little chilly though so I always had to remember to bring a cardigan .
Not my favourite holiday I must admit , wouldn’t go again .

Been in December and weather lovely. Had a nice breeze but very welcoming in the heat. Stayed at Riu club magic life , so not right in the mix of all the other hotels

We stayed at Magic Life, have been to the one in Rhodes too. That has a lift to the beach!

We were there in April and had great weather for the week, cooler our first day which was a concern but I was told the wind would change direction to be much warmer the following day and it absolutely did.

We loved Jandia, beaches were the best we have seen in any of the Canaries.

I wouldn't let the weather put you off ... we have been to Tenerife and Gran Canaria and not had great weather. It is just your luck.

We stayed in the Iberostar too. Our first experience of Iberostar and we have stayed in a good few since as were very impressed.
