Universal - amazing service

I just want to put a shout out to guest services at universal Orlando resort for there amazing service I’ve just had. I called this evening to see if there was anything they could do for me with regards to my annual pass and the fact I haven’t been able to use it due to my May 2020 nov 2020 and now my March 2021 trips all being cancelled( I did renew my pass in July 2020 as was sure I’d get in nov and March... ) so they have agreed to put a block on my pass til i get to go back - sept 2021 is booked, I then call from the hotel the day before or go to guest services and they will reactivate the pass and I will have 15months to use it before I have to renew again, I thought I’d get a few extra months at a push but to get 15 months is outstanding and am so happy with the service I received

universal have been way ahead of Disney with the annual passes. What goes around gets repaid with loyalty.

Probably something to do with Disney having far far more AP holders than Universal...

Is there a UK guest services number for universal or a email enquiry address?

Bravo universal. I’m waiting to hear from Disney.

This is great to hear. It's a shame we don't seem to be getting the same service Trying to sort out our tickets with both Disney & Universal is just becoming one headache after another. Ready for this whole thing to be over

Can I ask does anyone have any email address they'd recommend using for Universal instead of me just using the message us on the website.

Yeah - ours would have expired in Aug 2020, I called in March 2020 and they froze the final 5 months on it, to be reactivated whenever we returned 👏
