I’m an Exeter graduate! Maths 91-94 so a long time ago now but still go back as part of an undergrad mentoring scheme and still meet up with many of my friends from my time there.
Best three years of my life (luckily my wife doesn’t read this site). I’d agree with others it is a quieter city and that will either suit you or not. TBH things have moved on a fair bit since I was there so any advice I could give is at risk of being outdated. But the topography won’t have changed so if you want to avoid the biggest hills to/from lectures then you want accommodation toward south or east of the campus centre (although it’s hilly whichever side you’re on) |
