would you book flights via third party for cheaper price?

Hi I'm looking at flights and netflights is £160 in total cheaper than the airline direct... what would you do as it's not a huge saving and I don't want to regret it later!

I booked with netflights for virgin flights because virgin couldn’t match the price although it’s their flight . I booked seats within minutes of booking and had all notifications from netflights which we have never seemed to get from virgin direct in the past . Highly recommend them .

I only book direct with BA or Virgin and would never use a third party. I like to sort things out myself if I need to change anything and too many airlines/travel companies have been and gone since I started going to Florida over 20 years ago. Too much of a gamble for me and can always get cheap fly drives with BA even in school holidays.

We usually booked dierct but used Netflights last time as coming up cheaper for using Virgin.

I wouldn’t book with a third party because I worry that it wouldn’t be covered by my credit card company if I needed to claim. It depends on how the payment is processed and that’s not always obvious to us.

Third party bookings for direct flights - yes. Netflights have been brilliant with my DSs Uni trip to San Fran with all the strike problems.
Definitely not for indirect flights - we used a travel agent this year and it was nothing but stress, when the layover times changed. Delta were great - and it took me phoning them directly to instruct the Travel Agent what to do ...
