Why Ireland inspired

So after about 5 hours with numerous phone calls and holding I spent an hour on the phone to Ouidera...yes that's a name who managed to find our party of 13 3 rooms at AOA at a cost per party of 2650.00 so just shy of 8 grand to move us. I expressed my disappointment throughout and to be fair she was lovely. Apparently they got no notice of this email today and could not offer anything to help our cause, but I sat on the phone expressing my concerns and lack of magic and managed to speak with a team manager Trina who was going to speak to her management and I have been promised a call back tomorrow to discuss options available to us and how Disney can help. I asked to postpone any building works until May 15th but that didn't wash. I also asked for a full redund to which they were shocked I said we would base ourselves at Cabana Bay and just Uber to Disney lol. She said no one had asked for a refund so didn't know how to handle that, management will discuss with me tomorrow. Of course that's all a bluff but I am trying everything here.

If Trina can't do much I will not make any more calls just email and see what they may do.

The first operator did say that she had moved so many people already today and team leaders had passed down there is currently no compensation and no honouring of dining plans

I gave up on the phone call emailed them tonight so will see if they bother replying, they're obviously inundated today.
