Call Centre Closed
I have tried ringing the call centre various times and it’s always saying it’s closed despite calling within the opening hours. I’m getting really stressed that I was supposed to travel in April and have still had no communication from them. Such poor customer service, I know they’re busy but they have £2k of my money and I want to know it’s coming back!

Direct with DLP. I’ve tried that number and it says it’s closed! Very frustrating.
