sorry i dont remember the opening times of the office. we got there about half 6 on a friday and they were closed, so we used the number given when you book to open the lockbox to the left of the door, sorted through the envelopes and found the one with my name on. opened it up and it had all the villa details and instructions to find it with a map with highlighted route to it, very good. they provided a code to the lockbox next to the door at the villa which we opened to reveal the villa key, and hey presto we were in!
as we arrived after office hours we had to go back to the office in the morning to register to let them know we had arrived enjoy your stay! |

Hi Folks,
I just got back today The office opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00. The only pain was the need to take the key back to the office rather than leaving it in a "key safe" at the condo. This may not apply to all accommodation. We did the Virgin Down town Disney check in for the first time, it was brilliant and well worth the $10 each for we cheapskate economy passengers. The next time we saw our bags was on the carousel at Manchester. |

Just to confirm - Greyfriars is correct, if your keys are kept in a key safe at your villa you don't need to return them to the office, just put them back in the key safe at the villa.

We are going in June and that is what I thought. The South exit and 417 is easy to find and usually quiet.

There is no doubt that this is the easiest way.
Remember to have some change as the toll coming off the 417 at junction 2 is unmanned. PS. Doesn't time fly, that last post of mine was 21 months ago, and it WAS easy.
