I booked with Virgin before when the main pool was closed at CBR. Virgin wanted to charge me extra to stay at POR as only waterview rooms left so I phoned Disney direct and they changed my booking for free so got waterview room for no extra cost - phone Disney direct and hopefully they will sort for you
