No news for us either. 😠

My DH however did receive a 'customer service satisfaction survey' and assures me he let them know exactly how he is feeling 😂

Exactly! I'm getting more annoyed as time drags on and I said so much in my reply email. If a company like Virgin that I assume buys thousands of rooms off Disney a year can't come to an agreement with them quickly then what is the point of booking with them?! Not good service from either at the moment, if it wasn't for the dibb I would know nothing about this.

Someone on Facebook has just said Virgin have told them there's possibly no availability for a move and compensation is $25 per night to stay... wonder if this will be the case.
I've just tweeted @virginholshelp again - think I've irritated them today.

I am starting to get upset now and I am beginning to wish that we cancelled when our flight got cancelled. How on earth can they keep on moving the goal posts. It is disgusting.

Totally unfair and that is not enough compensation, how can they have some people staying at the same hotel that got $75 then £50 and now just $25pn!
I have an awful feeling the $25 has been agreed now all the travel agents are being notified.
