Annual pass help

We go Sept 2020 for three weeks staying onsite. We have a 14 day ticket looking to upgrade to ap just for discounts. We have also been gifted an 8 day ticket each from Disney would that count towards the cost of an annual pass. Also are we better to buy upgrade an ap in the U.K. just before we go or upgrade at Disney

If you are upgrading tickets then it's better to do that in the USA, not sure you can do it from the UK anyway.
Maybe just get one AP that you can use for the car parking and merchandise and dining discounts if you are one family in one car.
