New MagicBand Options Coming to Walt Disney World Resort

Disney has unlocked my account again, I can order a premium band for myself but looks like the previous premium band ordered for Husband will be lost, suggestions anyone?

Is it showing next to your husbands name? I rang because it’s showing 3 of my kids to order again but one of them already has a premium. They said all will turn up at the hotel and to order a solid colour for the one who has a premium and they will get both

It's finally worked for me! Ordered the DVC bands!

Haven't been able to get the magicband screen to work for a few days now. Anyone else having the same problem? I've already selected plain bands but had been hoping I might eventually get some premium ones to go through.

It never worked for me, I always just go the dwarfs. I have plain bands ordered and got them to confirm they are right by email as I can’t even check them! I’m disappointed that I haven’t been able to surprise my daughters with upgrade ones!
I Hope you eventually get on and have better luck than I did!

It was working until a few days ago and just wouldn't go through. Now it just goes to the dwarfs.

Still no luck getting my second one. Called back after 10 days as advised after not receiving my email with a shop Disney code (which is what I thought) and the new woman I spoke to said she couldn’t see an email ever being sent to me. She said they can’t reset mine and advised me to speak to shop Disney directly...

Apologies if this has already asked/answered on here but 65 pages is a lot to go through 😊

I’ve been looking at these on and off as I decide whether to go for a premium one as were only going for 5 nights.

Each time I go in the options for the bands are slightly different - eg yesterday there was a toy story one but now the Pixar one is dory.

Is it a case of hoping the one you want returns to the list?

I’ve had a long email conversation with Disney and 2 phone calls and not once have they offered me a discount to buy the bands! I’ve just been told to talk to the hotel when I get there! Which I’m not happy about as it means my holiday is starting with a complaint! But I also know my daughters will want to buy new bands and think it’s really unfair if I have to pay full price whilst others get the discounted ones!
