Its terrible some of you are still having problems.
We got upgraded resorts without any extra charge, our agent was fantastic. |

at last after numerous emails to several departments, Virgin holidays have moved us to Yacht and beach club resort free of charge. It wasn't easy but I am very happy with this outcome.

We have just spent five wonderful days at wilderness lodge, and could not fault the place. We only heard construction noise once and that was one morning we left a little later than normal. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the hotel is simply beautiful. I was given the option of moving but I'm glad we stayed put. We had an upgraded room and the room credit was very welcome! We are now staying at the hard rock hotel- club level. OMG amazing! Could stay forever. Just 3 1/2 days till we come home -boo!

It was already on our account, I didn't have to ask, she told me as we checked in. Let me tell you it came in very handy! As for the construction work, there was a bit of work by the villas, so you only notice it when you walk to the bus stop. As you walk in to the main lobby, they have carefully boarded up one side of the rooms. It took me 3 days to even notice it. The staff were amazing. I had problems linking up my ultimate tickets to my memory maker. A lovely man called jay simply escorted me to the shop, I bought the memory maker card on my room account for $169 and then he refunded it back in full there and then- problem solved. We didn't eat at the whispering canyon cafe, but used the roaring forks every day. Really lovely. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this resort. It's is so close to the magic kingdom. The transport links were excellent, and we had a wonderful time. As I said we are now at the hard rock- where do I begin? We never want to leave! |
