Holiday Blues Already...

I’ve just walked out of Magic Kingdom and I’m not scared to admit that I shed a tear!

Are holiday blues even possible when you’re still here? We leave weds

Oh god yes. I'm like that a few days before we go! Dreading the last day continuously time keeping to get to airport.
I'm ok once I am through my front door but then few days later it hits me again

Oh yes I know exactly how you feel... I don’t know how you shake that off... enjoy your last few days and then look forward to sorting through photos etc when you’re back x

We are back in May - honestly if I wasn’t hack so soon I think I’d be in floods 😂 we are lucky that our kids are young so can take time away without worrying about school. Making the most as our oldest son goes to school in September.

Oh that’s great and will help to ease the pain on Wednesday! You’re obviously having a wonderful time so just concentrate on enjoying it all to the max... and take note of any things you haven’t done this time so that your plan for May is already starting x

It hit me when the Magical Express pulled up to take us back to the airport. Luckily I had sunglasses on to try and hide the fact

As my mum always says, crying at the end of a holiday is a good thing, as it means you have had a really good time

I had them by the end of week one of a 2 week holiday, need 2 new cars and the house doing up so wasn't going back until I retire in 3 years, don't know if I can wait that long, not having things to plan has left me bored

It’s been amazing - we got married on 30/12 so it was our honeymoon/familymoon, but I’ve beat pancreatic cancer and this was my goal during treatment so I’ve been super emotional.

It’s given me a new focus and helped me to remember the world before the mess of cancer which has been amazing. It’s been so much more than a holiday and I’ve had a cry today too 😂 glad it’s not just me!

Wow thats great news about the cancer! When you are having such a great time it can make you feel like that so long as you have another booked 😊
