Considering guests staying in WDW get the bus for free( just show them your booking paperwork) I don’t see why Virgin Holidays are charging you this fee either. You don’t need to pay for the bus if you don’t want to hire a car.. it’s been that way for years.. another reason we don’t book through VH anymore...
