Plenty of culture in Benidorm if you want it too. You'll have a great time at both.

This place in Valencia is one of the best meals I have ever had. The corrnetto di pollo was delicious and all the pasta dishes we had were so fresh and so tasty. Highly recommended and a great location but you will need to book.

We’ve been to Valencia twice- last time was January. We stayed in the Melia this time which is a lovely hotel. We only had one night and caught the metro to the old town which is a lovely place for a wander. Previously we’ve been to the science park and the aquarium, plus we took a taxi to the beach which seems to go on forever. Found a nice beachside restaurant where we had paella 🥘 which was lovely. I would definitely go back and maybe next time try and find time to go and visit the church with the holy grail.

Valencia is beautiful! We ran the marathon there in December and are going back to do it again this year. The harbour is lovely, look out for the "rude" artwork there! The beach and promenade are nice for a walk too. City centre is beautiful and the City of Arts and Sciences is amazing - was used in the Disney Tomorrowland film! There's a lovely cafe/bakery called LiaoPastel on the way to the Science place too. Make sure you try the local drink and pastries - Horchata and Fartons!

Oh the Turia Gardens and Gulliver playground are fab. There are orange trees all over the city too.

Valencia is a beautiful city, we only went for the day but I would love to go for a proper holiday there!
We stumbled across the bull fighting museum and found it really interesting!
It felt a very safe city to wander around.
We did the HOHO bus and saw lots!
