$200 Gift Card

Can this be used on anything?

I have buying a light sabre in mind from star wars land using the gift card.

Was also wondering though how i'd get it home if I did as I don't think it would fit in a suitcase...

No idea on getting one home but you can use the gift card for just about anything on Disney property. I’m sure the only exceptions are carts that only take cash.

Hi Silver.

So they could be carried on the plane as hand luggage then?.

From videos I have watched, you can detach the hilt from the blade to help with transporting it

yes I have also seen that teachx :-).

However I am still not totally convinced it will fit in a case detached.

Just carry it on. We did with the old style ones, anyway.

Yes. Well, anything you can buy within Walt Disney World of course. It also includes things bought at the Character Warehouse outlet store.

The official TSA website states that lightsabers can be taken onboard as part of your carry on bags:

tsa.gov/travel/security-...ms/light-saber

So, yes, you can carry it onboard as part of your hand luggage if it doesn't fit into a suitcase.

Love the fact the TSA website has a section on Lightsabers...
