I think the city double stroller is ok and comes within the guidance.

It’s the one my DD was going to take for her 3. It’s also very popular with the stroller hire companies. I would take a double, especially if your going with another single buggy as well.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in with a related question.
Going next year with our daughter who all being well will have a 9/10 month child. Do most people bring their own buggys or hire there and if the latter, where from? Thanks

I’d take the double as it will be easier to manage than 3 singles folded up with 3 children. Only slightly but still easier

We took our own buggy in September, we looked for something small when folded up that could potentially fit in the overhead so that we could have it for immigration as there's no guarantee that you'll get it back before the carousel.

We got a RedKite Push Me Cube which fit in the BA overheads with the wheels facing outwards, comes with a shoulder strap to carry it like a shoulder bag.
