API on Delta site... redress number?

My mind has gone blank from last time I did this.

What is the redress number? And known traveller number?

We’re booked with delta with VA flights on the way out (snd delta connecting flight) and delta on return. Do I need to do API on both sites?

Also do I check in on line on delta or VA? And can I print boarding passes at the airport as I’ll be checking in on line on my phone while travelling.

I think those fields are optional and you only have to fill them out if you have them

I think that’s right isn’t it, it’s slowly coming back to me (not the best idea doing API before bed).

You would know if you had either. They are for people who have had problems in the past for example if their details were similar to someone on the watch list.

As mentioned redress number is a something you can obtain if you have a name that is the same as yours on the no fly list or you keep getting stopped at immigration for a similar reason.

Known traveller is for the trusted traveller program that covers a few schemes, but for the UK would be used by those with a global entry id.
