NYC roof top bars

I read in an article that you get great views from roof bars and can get some good deals in happy hour, has anyone got an recommendations for a nice door top bar to try?

You can see up one end of Times Square from the Novotel roof top bar.

There's a rooftop terrace at Hotel Metro where you get a cracking view of ESB. Not a bar as such but you can take your drinks out there from the bar

We've just stayed at the Knickerbocker Hotel on Times Square. Have a look at their rooftop bar, St Cloud Social. It overlooks the Times Square ball and is truly stunning.

We have stayed at The Refinery which has a roof top bar with a view of the ESB. The cocktails are fab too!

Yotel has a massive terrace, its not that high up but in the summer they have movie screenings and think they do a brunch at weekends with bottomless drinks.

We stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca which has a club lounge on the top floor which had amazing views uptown from Canal Street,

230 fifth has a happy hour between 4pm and 7pm, beer $6, wine $7, with views of esb. They have patio heaters and give out blankets in the winter months.

We stayed at the Hyatt Times Square which had a roof top bar ,if only we hadn't been so exhausted after all the sight seeing we might have got up to it 😳😊
