Mobile To those who won't do washing on holiday...

To those who won't do washing on holiday...

You see a fair few posts on here from dibbers who say they are on holiday and therefore will not do washing or that it is far too much effort.

Last year someone was saying the same thing saying they won't waste their time on holiday doing washing... So therefore I did this quick video as an example of how easy washing is in a villa taking the mick.

I may add, after this video I did add more clothes to the washing cycle!

😂😂😂

Love it! We (or should I say DH), do all our washing on holiday-I now much prefer to come home with a case full of clean clothes that I can put straight away rather than the chore of doing the washingwhen I get home!

We also do washing on holiday, stay in a villa so easy peasy. I would hate to come home with cases of washing

Nothing better than having all your clothes washed for when you get home.
We usually put all our summer stuff away when we get home and on that first Spring heatwave day the following year , our kids always remark that the shorts and tee shirt smell reminds them of the villa we stayed in the previous year

I actually enjoy doing washing while we’re away, I hate packing dirty clothes into a case. Unpacking and putting everything away rather than having a pile of washing is so much better IMO.

The very thought of bringing home a pile of dirty washing is depressing in my view.

However we all must do what we think is right for our own situation.

Our Son flies home from a week in NY tonight. I know they haven't done any washing at all and we are laying money on the fact he will turn up at our house on Thursday with a ton of stuff.

Even at Disney it was that easy. Filled up two machines, timer on phone, off to the pool bar, back to the dryers, back to the pool bar. All in all three cocktails and a sticky bun

Home, nice clean clothes... bliss

We have done washing on holiday before in hotel machines, just to top up the clothes we brought.

This year we have booked a villa for the first time, and we're looking forward to taking a lot less clothing than usual. We will hopefully buy some out there too, so the luggage space will be handy.

Not sure if we'll use it as a way of reducing post holiday washing, but it's nice to have a new option.

I love being able to wash on holiday. It's no trouble in a villa and would rather do that than have a case full of stinky clothes and spend 2 days doing it all when get home!

I always do a wash half way through while sitting by the pool, although I say it means I can pack a bit lighter I don't really; and some stuff just gets unpacked and repacked i just end up weaing the same things as comfortable in those 😂😅
The washing machines were free at OKW, do you have to pay at CBR?
