We always book a Cabana, but we get the use out of it as at least 2 of our party are not great water park people and have fair skin and 'Strawberry Blonde' hair.

It was lovely to have and could pop back out of the sun, also took shelter when it rained.
But it was a luxury and Im quite sure we would have managed without.
I liked the added benefit of the safe in there and the fact our stuff was left and felt safe away from the crowds of people.

We shared one with our friends. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. We really enjoyed it and made use of it as there seemed to be someone in it chillin all the time. It did feel very special and our bit of personal space to leave our stuff etc. The free drinks and snack were constantly filled up and I would get another one if we go again... loved it

We had one 3 years ago, it was for a celebration so didn't mid paying the extra. The one we had was right next to the dolphin pool so the kids could walk out of the back and sit on the rocks to watch them swim right up. There was a couple of times that others tried to walk along the rocks down the side of the cabana to where our kids were but were told to move away by the staff as it was invading the privacy of the cabana.

It was a good place to chill out and the staff were fantastic, keeping the fridge and food snacks stocked up.

Ours was right next to the Grand Reef, absolutely brilliant!

Especially when it poured for an hour and everyone else was huddled by the lockers.
