Rope Drop

Sorry i may be a bit silly but what is rope drop.
I am staying off site for 2 weeks in October so not sure this applies to me.

It's being there ready and queued at the entrance before the park opens so that you're among the first into the park. Applies for offsite stays if there are no extra magic hours in the morning at that park (if there are EMH you need the onsite stay to be able to rope drop or occasionally there was a thing with an early breakfast dining reservation)
