If you do not want to die then i would AVOID everywhere that has a BF sale at ALL costs. Its 100x worse in the states than over here.
You can try going in the evening or late afternoon, it calms down a little cos everyone goes nuts in the morning. But i forgot it was black friday once and attempted it. Worst mistake haha

The sales start the Monday before but Black Friday is usually the big ticket items like lap tops TVs phones etc
Just check out individual stores when they open DH got a new laptop on thanksgiving day when The store opened at 4pm saved $450 on it last year
It’s the limited door buster items that go quick like DH lap top our big TV in the villa both actually the door buster on the Thursday around 4 pm when the stores opened

I dont want to sound confrontational but this is so untrue its unreal.

Ive shopped over there on a late thanksgiving and black friday plenty of times.

I dont have a death wish or want to die and ive had only one bad experience. (which wasnt really mine was my daughters)

Its busy. Its very busy. We usually go out 10pm thanksgiving night and get back about 3am, then back out 8am ish.

We once did wal-mart at 6pm opening on thanks giving for their black friday sale it was mental. I struggled to get a park and when i did i got out and got my step son a park. When i met up with the wife and daughter inside the daughter was very anxious mainly because in the electrical department the sheriffs were all there keeping calm. To be fair we hardly got anything except some luggage.

Usually we do the outlets then hit up the florida mall on the friday daytime.

We will be doing it again this year, last time my daughter then 11 and me did till 3am going round the outlets getting timberlands, CK coat and all sorts. She loved it.
