Rapid Refill Mug Collection - silly question

Hi guys, we are going to AKL in aug and are on the DDP, a quick and probably silly question, but where do we collect out mugs from once we arrive in resort?

I�m not sure about AKL but most places you�d get them in your resort food court

Normally from the QS place, which is The Mara at AKL. Possibly the shop too, but we've always got ours from the QS food court

I think its at The Mara, as you take them to checkout and the chip inside them has to be activated there I believe

Assuming Jambo? If so then The Mara - they will have them on display near the check out. If over at Kidani then at the gift shop which is where they have the refill station also.
