Revolut and Apple Pay

So Revolut are openly claiming they are opening Apple Pay next month!

This could be the answer to the magic band charging problem.

1. You download the app on your mobile.

2. You register your details

3. Your top up your account and order a card (as a someone who has revolut and they can give you a code to get the card for free)

4. You do a test transaction in the UK to activate your card and from this point it works like a standard pre paid debit card.

From this point you top up your accounts with pounds, your choice from here is you either convert whenever you see a good rate (Revolut use the interbank rate) or you leave the money in pounds and it converts at whatever the rate is at the time you use your card

you can also add the card for apple pay

The card will work like any other debit card for card transactions and cash withdrawls but you do have a limit on free cash withdrawls BUT most places in Orlando take card payments.

every card transaction will appear on your phone / smart watch at the time of the transaction and you have the ability to freeze the card when you don't need it ensuring your funds are safe.

as a bonus tips, I would advise that you order an extra card (I think £5) and you have another one to store with you passport for emergencies
second tip if you are traveling as a couple or a group rather than sharing a single acocunt create an account each and you can easily move money if you need it.
