Hope so we’re flying home that day. Had enough of being here now just want to go home.
Primarily because our plans we’re scuppered so we’ve not seen Florida and totally fed up with Orlando. This is good as i’ll nit want to cone back fir years.

I really hope you manage to get a flight sorted! ☹️ I think MCO airport will be shut tomorrow now as well based on the weather forecast.
Our flight is Thursday morning at 10:05am 🙏🙏🙏

Well we have just checked in for the later BA to MCO for tomorrow so as far as BA are concerned the flight is still going ahead.

Due to fly to sanford tomorrow from manchester, just got this:

We are heading to manchester today as we have a hotel booked that we cant cancel...not great as so vague!

It's difficult as virgin didn't cancel until after 8pm for today's flights. No decision about tomorrow.
Though the decision was based on MCO they didn't update the public until later.
According to customer services last night I was the calmest person he had spoken to

The FAAs website says MCO due to reopen at 5pm tomorrow, and SFB at 12pm but not sure if this is based on fact. I'm reading our TUI message as they're expecting to have to reschedule the flight. I know Thomas cook cancelled theirs for today and are hoping to go tomorrow instead as it stands but it's all finger in the air

I read that as seeing many examples in the past now tour operators work over the years, as they will only amend a trip with no "amendment fee's" (dont forget any increase in cost will have to be still paid by you) or give a part refund for the days lost rather than them pay to reroute you on another airline.

Guess this is the problem when booking a package charter type flight

As a flight only customer, I would be requesting them to get you on a flight asap or a reroute.

Part refund for lost days does not make sense on a flight only booking
