we cancelled our booking a couple of weeks ago (before quarantine announced but in anticipation of it).

I have been refunded the Disney element, but due to a system glitch on their end, they have asked me to prove that I paid for a shuttle service, as they say I haven't!

I have emailed a number of times (before new quarantine rules but no reply - phoning is no good they just give me an email.

Does anyone have a postal address I could write to please? I know I need to be patient, but it's not an issue of a refund but more I have to prove I have paid them!
