De Leon Springs state park

how long is the drive time wise from disney to De Leon Springs state park, saying 1 hour 50 mins on google maps but that seems a bit long as even Daytona beach is not this

I can�t remember exactly but I think about an hour. They get very busy so get there for opening if you want to eat breakfast there.

Google Maps is usually pretty good at estimating times - but the times are for the CURRENT traffic conditions. It gave me 1hr 20min just now and 1hr 30min to Daytona. It seems to think the I-4 eastbound just north of Downtown is closed - don't know if it is or not - perhaps an accident or overnight roadworks over-running.

They have a 'traffic' layer in the menu, which you can turn on and it shows you where the current hold-ups are.

I think it took us a good hour to get back to Disney from there.

We went there for breakfast and a look around. The boat we went on was at Blue Springs State Park though with St Johns River Cruises. That had a small lift for wheelchairs.
