Just rang Disney Uk number

Just rang UK disney freephone number to cancel an activity we had booked as we are now going to MNSSHP

and was told by the CM that I have to ring back after 12 noon as there is no one to take my call as it is only 5.20 in the morning there (like I didn't know that

) and they don't get in till 7

Surely if the phone number is open they should take the calls

The phone number is for Wallt Disney Travel Compamy UK primarily. The option 3 for ADRs is added as a courtesy and operates within the Florida times.

I did book through the Disney UK site, and I don't mind that the lines operate within Florida times, but I just think it's misleading that the UK website says contact us Monday - Friday 9am-8pm when actually they can't help till Florida time. Anyway off to do some housework until then
