Haven’t used them for flights but used them numerous times for hotels and never had a problem.

Booked a hotel through them in 2017 for Port Canaveral for 2 nights before we were supposed be on a Disney cruise which got cancelled due to IRMA. I called them to explain the situation (on the day I was leaving the UK, sat air side trying to sort it out) and before I had left the states to come home a full refund no questions asked was back in my account.
I found them very helpful when none of it was their fault, would recommend them.
