Booking the Vroom question.

Hi...Iam flying from Manchester on July 12th. Iam booked with VA so understand that I cant book Vroom. If I book my first two nights (the rest is DVC) with VH, will i be able to book V room? How do i book?
How will I know if Vroom is full?..Does this happen 4 months out?

The v room is really meant for VH package customers but dibbers have said they have got entry to the V room by only booking something small or something partly with VH. try and see if you can, the V room is great

That said, not sure you can just book hotels with VH... could be wrong though

I am just happy to mooch around the airport while hubby and kids 20,17 and 10 read books, use ipads etc.
There again have never been in so dont know what we are missing.!

Not sure this helps so apologies... we've booked a flydrive and got vroom - so I don't think you need to book a full package holiday as such, but it might be the flights that gave us vroom.

I was wondering about booking a few days car hire at the start of my holiday and wondered if this would then qualify us for the vroom (have VA flights booked as well!) ... would be interested to know if anyone has done this.

yep VROOM has never tempted me, no lounges tempt us

we did go in one at leeds airport when flying to italy and tbh it was nothing special, breakfast was rubbish, only advantage was seats

we just go for something to eat at one of the restaurants then buy a paper/magazine etc and chill out, plenty of seats at manchester airport if you walk down a little

I have called VH this morning asking the same question as we have booked direct with va, asked if I could book hotel and add v room but have to have flights in the package

Funny i just read this thread and rang VH! just had the same response as you - NO! Oh well worth one phone call but need to get vroom out of my head. lol

i have just flights and tickets with VH as I cancelled the flight and transfer element. I still managed to add the vroom
