Cheyenne refurb
Hi All,
We are looking to book our fifth trip to Disney and were shocked at the additional price for breakfast. We are looking into Cheyenne, we are aware this is going under a refurb and the website states the hotel restaurant may not be available so if you pay for breakfast an alternative would be provided. Problem is I can't get any more specific information on what this would be. They won't confirm if this would impact us on our planned dates and state we would be made aware on our arrival, and again won't say (web chat) what alternative would be offered if this would occur and again stated we would be told this on our arrival. Seems crazy that they can make you pay for a breakfast as a separate item but then won't confirm exactly what you may be paying for. Has anyone else been able to get more information or have been at the Cheyenne when the restaurant hasn't been available and can let me know what they put in place? Thanks

Just seen on Facebook someone who is going next week has been told that due to renovations the restaurant will have reduced capacity & the breakfast alternatives are Chalet du le Marionette or Agrabah Cafe!

To be honest I wouldn't bother paying for breakfast. It's not great. Grab something in the Village or the parks.

Chalet au Marionette used to be one of the venues for breakfast in the park (and theres no reason at all why Agrabah Cafe couldn't be also) so that sounds plausible to me. Its the same continental breakfast that paying for buffet breakfast at your hotel gives you when staying at the Cheyenne or Santa Fe.

Thanks for your replies. My concern would be that it is somewhere within the parks. We are usually first down for breakfast and fill up before hitting extra magic hours. I doubt we could access the parks earlier so would mean we'd be missing ride time getting breakfast.
It's looking more likely we won't pay for breakfast, concerned over getting it elsewhere though especially with 2 kids to please.

Starbucks, Macs, Earl of Sandwich - all should be open early.
