Can you book Norwegian Cruises through a US TA?

Hi,

I know some cruise line don't allow you to book through a US travel agent, so wondered about NCL? I've seen a price on an American website which seems good? But before I contact them I thought I'd check? Thank you

I don’t think you can. I tried to book NCL for 2018 through Travel on a Dream but couldn’t. I think it was possible to book but no commission was paid to US travel agent for booking a UK passenger so she couldn’t do it. Would be worth contacting TA though to see if things have changed. Good luck.

We did, but it was 12 years ago! We used Vacations to go.

Thanks. It was vaccinations to go I saw it on? I guess I could ask? They can only say no! It was quite a big saving? 🤔

Yes you can - but we keep finding it cheaper to book with UK agent. Lead in prices from Vacations to Go don't include the taxes. I also wouldn't book NCL without the free drinks package thrown in. In the US the free drinks perk attracts an additional surcharge on the fare

You can. I booked the transatlantic in April on the Epic with Vacations to Go. Even adding on the extra taxes etc for the all inclusive drinks and the extra speciality meals it still worked out almost £750 cheaper booking with vacations to go.

The only problem we had was when we tried to book speciality dining, we couldn't do it online and had to phone NCL in Miami to book it as we had paid in dollars. Bit of a pain but worth it in savings.

Happy to answer any questions you have re Vacations to Go. Our guide was very easy to work with and everything was done by email.

I booked a couple of cruises with vacationstogo.com but now I just screenshot the offer and email it to Rebekah at Cruise118 who does her best to match or beat it.

There's possibly taxes to go on, gratuities, any drinks package etc. We always prefer to pay gratuities up front if they aren't already included in the offer

Yes I think it's minus taxes etc but still seems a lot less then here? I'll wait to see what they say! 🤞
