Olive Garden - free appetizer or dessert
Longhorn Steakhouse - free appetizer

They all have decent expiration dates; into our second week anyway!

Some menus do have lighter options available, usually for the 0ver 55's, but do have calorie count beside the item. Think it was Dennys but could be wrong! Have you tried the coupon site where you pay hardly anything for say $20 worth of food thinks its resatuarnat .com.
We used a few of them last time without any hassle.
