It was my DD's birthday whilst there at Easter, we mentioned it at the hotel Sequoia lodge but there was no acknowledgement of her birthday. We butcher's proper badge at City Hall and they gave us celebration badges too. We ordered her, in advance, a cake on her birthday at Walts, we had a choice of chocolate or vanilla. We had chocolate and it was more mousse if I recall correctly... it was certainly delicious and very rich! Lots of CM in the parks made a point of wishing happy birthday, and when we ate at the steakhouse in the village on subsequent night, and she has her badge on her cardigan still, they brought out her dessert with a candle and lots if staff gathered to sing happy birthday which totally surprised her,and us!
