Mobile iPhone experts, some help needed please
My iPhone has just developed a problem.
Quite often I cannot get online or make/ receive calls/ texts when using mobile data (wi fi is fine).
I have to put in to flight mode then turn off flight mode to get it to work?
Even when I have a ‘full’ signal, it can happen anywhere so not specific to a postcode, I have tried the sim in another phone and it’s fine?
Any help appreciated.

Try the simple stuff first..

1) Power off phone
2) wait 30 seconds
3) Remove SIM card and clean contacts
4) Reinsert SIM card
5) Power phone back on and test
6) Let us know how you get on.

EDIT: Is there anyone in the house on the same network as you? If so are they OK?

One more question...is this PAYG or Contract? I'm assuming it's an active SIM ? (It normally displays something like"no service" if the sim is valid but there is no contract.
