If you didn’t want to buy the dining pass you could eat a big breakfast and last out until you leave maybe grab a quick lunch. The parking lot isn’t far from the park and there is a little picnic area just outside. You could get a cool bag from the car and have a picnic lunch. Personally even though there were queues and the food wasn’t amazing it was still worth it particularly being able to pick up drinks all day. It was only open until 6 when we went both times. If it is a later opening for your visit it would be even better. It was nice not carrying anything around and not paying for anything. Our children were older and could walk around separately from us at times and could get what they wanted themselves.

I think roughly prices without the meal deal were kids meals were about $8. An adult chicken tenders was approx $12, the rib sampler approx $15 soft drinks were $3 -3.50ish. if that helps? You may be able to find more actual costs online somewhere.
