I did titanic as part of the HO-HO tour - but went back the next day for the Nordic - it was a pretty full day

You wouldn't need more than an hour for The Nordic.
The HOHO took us around 2hrs.
Another great but a bit pricey place to eat is Avoca

Check out Ten Square at the rear of City Hall for great food and a drink or two.

Also Deanes Deli in Bedford Street is a great place to eat.

For my money one of the best places to visit from Belfast is Hillsborough a quaint village containing a Fort and Castle. Hillsborough Castle is the official residence of HM the Queen when in NI.

Hillsborough is a shortish bus ride away from the Bus centre at the Europa Hotel ( over the road from the crown bar)

So weve been a few times to Belfast to watch the ice hockey so when we are not at the rink we are often in the pubs, which I can highly recommend :-)…………….we have however done an open top bus trip which was good (but cold - wasn't the greatest weather for it!) and we also did a tour of Crumlin Road Prison which was really interesting.

I'm unsure if you're into your history (my boys love history) but there's also HMS Caroline which is located fairly close to titanic museum.
Someone mentioned Hillsborough which is a lovely little village. I'm unsure of your dates but Hillsborough hosts an Oyster Festival every year usually first weekend of September. Normally lots of food, drink, entertainment etc. If you got the express bus from Belfast you'd be in Hillsborough in less than 30 minutes.
Have fun whatever you decide!

The Titanic museum is great and the drawing office alongside is now a hotel. I am flying to the city next week on business and hoping to fit in a cocktail in the drawing office bar. The Duke of York pub in cathedral quarter is a very traditional mirrored Irish bar with an interesting history that you may want to check out if you are into that sort of thing. Loads of murals in Belfast to look at too. I really like the place and prefer it to Dublin.

We went to Belfast over Easter weekend this year as my son was really into Titanic.
We spent a full day from about 9am til 4-5pm at the Titanic museum - did the walking tour which was really interesting and explains all the significances of the building design etc, explored the galleries, went for afternoon tea in the Titanic suite (only available on Sundays) with the replica staircase for photo opportunities and using replica white star crockery - my son thought this was amazing (he's only 12 though!) then we did the wee tram tour around the docks (probably wouldn't bother with this one) then the Normadic.
the next day we took an organised tour to Giants Causeway, Carrick a rede rope bridge, castles and bushmills whiskey distillery. This was also a full day 9 til 7pm ish. If he's into Game of Thrones there are also tours that include film locations with the causeway.
The last day we did the hoho bus tour in a couple of hours - interesting to see the peace walls and paintings and hear about the troubles.

Cathedral quarter is a good area for food and drink. The Harp bar has music and great atmosphere. Coppi in St Anne's square is really good for food. Revolution de Cuba has half price cocktails up until 7 but not on Saturday it is lovely decor and worth visiting. The belfast empire on botanic avenue has entertainment most nights and great rock bands downstairs on Saturday nights for free and cover charge upstairs. You will have fun in Belfast
