Looks almost ready open, something also new being built next door to them now, not sure what it�s going to be next though

It could be Cold Stone Creamery? One is coming soon to Rolling Oaks.

I may be wrong. Their "coming soon" gives a Rolling Oaks address so they may be going on to the bit of RO near Margaritaville.

Another Dibber suggested Tijuana Flats might be next to Red Robin.

Hopefully a local Dibber will be along soon

I think it is both Tijuana Flats and a Cold Stone Creamery next to Red Robin.

Cold Stone Creamery is going to be on the Sunset Walk part of Margaritaville, along with a Cinnabon
