The good news is that the weather at that time of year is usually excellent. Lovely and warm but not too hot, and outside the stormy season. You shouldn't have to worry about hurricanes.

The bad news is that Easter is right in the middle of those dates. It's probably going to be very busy in your first week and moderately busy in the second week. Make sure you book those fastpasses and try to get to the parks early and leave when it starts to get too busy, especially in the first week.

Epcot's Flower and Garden festival is certainly worth a visit.
