Has anybody used them? The packages seem quite reasonable on the website. We're used to the whole family going so usually do DIY but DH and I are toying with a cheeky in between (our usual 3 years) break possibly the Gulf/Orlando twin centred idea, just us.

We used them for our last florida holiday & have gone back to them again this yr. Was all good!

Have used them in the past for flights, accommodation and car hire with no issues at all.

Ive used them for the past 2 trips and have booked next years with them. Get an idea of what you want and what you expect to pay and then phone them. It took me a week of too ing and fro ing, but I think I've got the holiday I wanted and a price I was happy with with plus they gave us $125 spending money and a trip to Clearwater thrown in :-)

Yep! We used them for our WDW holiday. We found them to be very helpful and we felt that they tried to get the price as low as possible for us. All went smoothly with the holiday - they will definitely be our first 'go to' for next time x

Depends who you get - as long as you know your stuff, good prices and good service - caught them out claiming to be the only TA that could offer Memory Maker / Fastpasses etc. Maybe a naive / new sale person (giving them benefit of doubt!). Tbf they apologised and gave me a gift card. Everything else very good.

Second booking with them for this year. Saved me a lot of money by increasing my holiday by two days! Also got a $250 gift card

Always answered emails within hours. Whatever I have asked and they confirmed has happened.

Luckily I have not had to test their reps abroad with any problems so cannot report on that side.
