Do any of the parks have a nail salon?

Could really do with getting my nails sorted out but I was just wondering if I could have them done anywhere in a park rather than taking time out to go somewhere else?

Last time I checked which was a few years ago the Grand Floridian, Saratago Springs and either the Swan or Dolphin spas offered manicures. There are quite a few places within a mile or so of property though. Uber might be your friend.

Edited to add. No. You can't have them done in the parks I'm afraid.
