Mobile Crowd calendar

Working out what days to do what parks for last week in sept and first week in oct

Do I need to pay as much attention to the crowd calendar for my dates as someone going in say July or august

I think its not quite as important as long as you avoid EMH as parks across the board will be quieter than main peark times.
It's still useful to look at them and plan that way if you can.

We used it for last September. We found the few days we changed plans and went to a least recommended park we definitely noticed the difference.
I'd use it as a basis for which park to book fast passes for, you can always change plans when you're there.

It should be quieter than summer but fall is becoming the new busy season thanks to the popularity of the halloween parties and F&W. In my book, no harm using the calendars but take with a pinch of salt as the crowd patterns are definitely shifting year to year so historical data isn't as good a predictor as it once was.

As an example, there's a long held belief is to avoid MK on Mondays as "that's most visitor's first full day, and everyone goes to MK first" which is a load of tosh, IMO. MK is busy every day now, just go when best suits your schedule and you'll have a great time.
