The food at The Cheesecake Factory looks so good, I am absolutely having an Oreo milkshake when we next visit!
Your cocktails all look fab too, you have great taste
I'm still surprised that the pizza fed Max for brunch and then all of us for dinner! It was huge.

I do like a cocktail on holiday (and other times too ). I'm not too keen on the really creamy, sweet cocktails as I find them a bit sickly. I also actually prefer them to taste like they have alcohol in too, so if they have a bit of a kick all the better!

Shame you never got a chance to have a drink in Cheers but your cocktails sound nice in the other pub. Another great day I’m not sure I could cope with the Holocaust museum I’d end up a blubbering mess. Cheesecake Factory and room picnic sounds perfect

The Cheers bar was packed out and I did think about ordering a plate of chips for us to share so that we could get a table, but it didn't seem worth it as we wandered through all the bars. I think we were better off in the other pub in the end.

The Holocaust memorial was very moving.

Thanks for reading.

I know the attendant was standing very still and wearing period costume but I'm not sure how they thought he was a waxwork. Although, it's one thing for a 10 year old girl to make that mistake it's quite something else for a 40 something man to make the same mistake .

It was warmer at -8 today ! Crikey. Looked coooooold. More great sightseeing though.
Lunch was stupendous. Were words exchanged about DS not eating his pizza? They definitely would have been if it had been us. Eyes bigger than bellies and all that. But top lad, he'd ordered lunch AND Dinner for you all, so thoughtful !
Nice cocktails there today.
I couldn't go in that holocaust museum. Andy wanted to go in to the one in Dallas but I couldn't bear it. It must be, well, I can't find the words.
Lol at the talking waxwork, not. Very funny.

I don't know what you mean...We would never chastise our little darling for over ordering ha ha

I guess he did do us a favour by allowing us to carry 3/4 of a pizza around Boston for the whole day.

I did love those cocktails. Yummy.

Another poor DH moment...he really sets himself up for these trip reports, waxworks indeed.

Your hubby looks very continental in that photo next to the Christmas tree...something in his expression, I think.

I've now been to Boston twice - and walked past the Paul Revere house TWICE - but still never been inside. Both times I've been with people who've already toured it...so I haven't wanted to make them do it again for me. I regret my consideration.

Mmm...chicken and waffles. I'm making that for dinner tonight, as it happens. Poot's doing a starter for the men of the house - smoked salmon mousse.

Sometimes I miss having a little one...but sometimes I'm very pleased indeed to have another WORKER instead of more work, lol.
