Expedia Disney 14 day tix positive feedback

If anyone is looking at getting their Disney tickets through Expedia, here's some positive feedback on the process.
We bought 5x 14 day ultimates (4A and 1C) through Expedia on Sunday evening, via Quidco for the 12% "things to do" Expedia cash back, and received the confirmation email instantly. And on Monday afternoon Disney emailed us the codes to link to MDE ready for FP+ 60 days out, which work as they should. And the Quidco cash back tracked within a few hours at the full ticket price, so over £200 coming back hopefully before we travel!

That's good to hear, we are looking at the 3 day explorer for Universal we could get about £120 cash back doing it this way 😊

Will consider that for next year when pricing up.

With Expedia are you getting actual ticket before hand or will you need to collect at Disney?

Its a voucher, but I was told by Disney that once I'd linked my tickets (they did it for me) If I already had a magic band on my account, I was good to go! I will take the voucher with me just in case, but I'm going with just my band and will see what happens!

We've been emailed a voucher, which we'll take with us, but I'm hoping as I've linked the magic band and ticket code already that we'll be good to go on arrival.

Hello

We have just done the same thing, in the hope to get 12% cashback. We have booked 3 adults and 1 child 14 day ticket. We have Magic Bands already from previous trips and we go in 32 days! We have the expedia confirmation and can see barcodes and voucher numbers but my question is.

You mentioned about getting a separate Disney email. Is that the one i need to link to MDE to link my magic bands? or is it the expedia one? did you have to chase anybody to get the Disney email?

I am just wondering as our fastpass window opens in 2 days! so dont want to waste any more time, as we have already left it late enough.

From the expedia email I cannot see any 12 digit codes.

Thanks in advance

Rich

We have been on the phone forever today trying to sort this.

Basically we cannot link the Disney tickets from the Expedia vouchers until 60 days out!

I phoned Expedia, who told me to phone Disney, who told me to phone Expedia, who spoke to Disney while I was on hold!

So basically you cannot link the tickets before the 60 day mark. So it took us all day to find this out! Not very happy and told cannot get tickets refunded with Expedia which is infuriating.

I received a separate email from Disney the next day with the codes to put into MDE and link the tickets to my party. Hope that helps.

My tickets are linked and ready to use, and I'm well over 60 days out. Time will tell at the 60 day, on site window.

I bought my tickets yesterday and Disney emailed me today. The tickets are now linked on MDE and we are good to go
