V-Room food MAN

Hi, first time using the V-room later this year and wondering what food is on offer? Our flight leaves at 12.45 so would it be breakfast food on offer? We are staying the the Radisson Blu also and get breakfast included so will more than likely have breakfast there as it is lovely but wondering what is available in the V-Room also, you know for 2nd breakfast

We were there in 2015 (so things may have changed) but we loved it. There was a good selection of both hot and cold breakfast items, drinks, papers, comfy places to sit and lovely staff. We all wish we could use it again but TC won the price war for us this year and we got a very good, Martin Lewis advertised, deal on the Escape Lounge but we are not expecting it to be as good at the V-Room. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised, of course

Thanks bigbear Looking forward to it. In 2015 we used a lounge with Thomson as we had PE and it was rubbish so looking forward to trying a decent lounge this time. The Escape lounges do look nice to be fair (we didn't use that one last time, cannot remember the name but it seems to have gone now), hopefully you enjoy

We did the same last year for the earlier Virgin flight. Tbh the breakfast was so lovely at the Radisson that we weren’t hungry enough to make the most of the food in the V Room. DH had a small cooked breakfast but me and DD just had drinks and a couple of snacks just for the sake of it. We managed to get it free when we booked our flight but I would have been disappointed to have paid £25 each and not be able to have made the most of it. Not sure about the later flight but it was quite busy in there too.

Thanks ChoppyGirl. We have got it free also so not too fussed if we don't utilise the food to the max however with it being the later flight we will probably have a fair few snacks and drinks
