Prices continuing to rise

Just had an SSR listing sent to my inbox. $120 a point!
It was only 18 months ago they were going for $70.

Wow! That makes for a good investment then! Is this just for SSR or are the other resorts increasing as well?

Act, they are all going up. I knew SSR was breaching 100 resale but the audacity to put one out at 120 surprised me. I wonder how much longer it can continue. My last resale contract I bought 18 months ago for a net 63 (it had banked points I rented). Better than the money being in the bank at the moment for sure.

YT I think some one is hopeful, I was looking t'other day & $105-$110 was the average, lots of smaller 100 pointers getting snapped up! We are currently debating the add on or not, value of that versus off-site every other year.

Good news for us owners! As you say though, it has to stabilise at some point. It's just when thats the question!
