We have booked SA 4 times with Airlines but seems a bit hit and miss with it. Manchester is good on arrival and using fast track but on arrival at MCO we haven't always had someone waiting for us and same when we get back to Manchester.

I’ve just received back communication from Thomas Cook and they have been nothing but brilliant, in fact beyond brilliant.

What a forward thinking company whose employees are super helpful and accommodating.

It’s been a rather tough past couple of weeks what with assessment and result which looking back makes us wonder how we’ve coped over the past 2 years in particular.

Thanks all for the guidance on traveling.

Thank you Tomdan for your kind words.
Despite “knowing” for about a good 6 or 8 months we’re still getting our heads around it.
To be honest the past couple of years have had their fair share of tribulations and a great teacher in our daughters secondary school spotted the signs, of which we were putting down to a typical teenager.
Last week and this, what with the assessment etc has been tough on her.
As the care worker said she masks it so very well.
BUT things are now on the right track with great support .
Here’s to the future and new beginnings!

Thomas Cook have refunded our priority package and as our DD loves horses and horse riding this money is going towards a special treat of horse riding when we’re over there.
