We’ve flown with the 3times (last time was last year) and we’d go with them again in an instant if the price was right.

I have been reading this thread since last night because of the above but also because I love flying Virgin, so it’s good to know that there isn’t much difference. Virgin want £800 more for the same date on the same route, so if I need to get my own drinks and pay £6 for IFE, that’s not a big issue.
Ultimately the airlines are all very similar. It's often down to preference and little things. Personally I just want IFE, optional drinks and reasonable seats. Unfortunately you can't get that last one with any airline for a decent price so I compromised and went with the cheapest!

TC were lovely last year in premium economy, flying back where I belong this year in cattle class. From everything I've read and seen I think it should be a great flight. As long as I get there I'm not overly fussed.

Don't worry! We flew Thomas Cook last May, and it was great. My OH is 6'2" and he said he had more leg room than on Virgin. Our flights were great, we had IFE in the back of the seat in front, and the food was good. I had the vegetarian option, because they had some left and I didnt fancy the sausage and mash. By far the best plane food ive ever had. It was cheese souffle and delicious! Would definitely fly with them again.

I've been TC a few times now as they seem to have cheapest US flights from MAN. No issues. Like any other really. James Marin food pretty good going out, standard fayre coming back.

We've travelled with TC to Orlando several times and have never had an issue.
I'd fly with them again no problem.

Flew with them on Thursday - back to SFO.
Flight was delayed at MAN so they upgraded the entertainment package for everyone as a freebie.
Take off was a bit chilly, the air con must have been set to arctic, once we reached cruising altitude it settled to a comfortable temperature.
I had an aisle seat in a pair of 2 and whilst not the most comfortable seating I've ever sat on I had no major problems, more of a numb bum the flight to MCO is a couple of hours less so probably even less to worry about.
I'm booked to fly with them again for a visit home in August and then back again for a family wedding in September - for direct prices between SFO and MAN there really is no competition!
