Keys to the Kingdom Tour

Hi

I have booked the Keys to the Kingdom tour for our trip in October. When I made the reservation I was told that it wouldn’t appear on MDE automatically but I could add it.

I have looked and looked but can’t seem to see where to add it.

I have to confess, I’m not great with tech so would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

I don't think there is away to add the tour (I could be wrong) the only way I can think of is to add it as a note on the day of your tour.

I hope this helps you and you have a good time on the tour (we want to do this one on our next trip)

It's a fantastic tour.
When I booked mine 2 years ago, the CM on the phone advised to add it as a note

I have booked it for DD and her friend who is visiting at the same time, i asked about the confirmation but they said you don’t get anything you just turn up.

Yep. You just add it as a note. I suggest copy and pasting all the details such as booking ref. It’s also worth adding it to your phone calendar.

You don't need to have the confirmation but some people (myself included) like to have it saved somewhere.

I have added it in notes on MDE and put a reminder on my phone

I wish they would send a confirmation email, the obsessive organiser in me would like to see it written down in ‘black & white’, rather than just getting a confirmation number over the phone

Really looking forward to it now, it’s great to hear that others have enjoyed it.

We did this tour in 2017 and loved it, I just asked for the confirmation number when I booked it and noted it down on my phone, wasn’t asked for it when we turned up on the day, just picked up name badge got the headset and preordered from the lunch menu and that was it

How much is it per person and how far in advance do you book?

What actually happens on the tour? We’ve always been interested in it and my moms been excited that we might try it in 2019 if it’s still going!
